By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on bpexchnet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

bpexchnet operates as a peer-to-peer betting exchange. This means bpexchnet facilitates bets between users rather than acting as a bookmaker itself. By using bpexchnet you are entering into betting contracts with other users of the platform. bpexchnet provides the matching infrastructure, security, and payment processing — it is not a counterparty to your bets.

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry specific meanings when used in relation to bpexchnet:

To register and use bpexchnet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
bpexchnet reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Where a user is found to be underage, all bets will be voided, the account suspended, and any deposits returned minus bonus amounts claimed.
Each person may hold only one bpexchnet account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same details or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. bpexchnet uses automated detection to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, both accounts will be suspended and any outstanding balance on the secondary account will be forfeited.
When registering with bpexchnet, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. bpexchnet may require you to verify your identity at any point — typically before processing a withdrawal above a certain threshold — by providing a copy of your CNIC or another accepted document.
Your bpexchnet password is your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact bpexchnet support immediately at support@bpexchnet.ws. bpexchnet will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.
You may request closure of your bpexchnet account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets will be settled normally. Any available balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.
bpexchnet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bpexchnet does not accept foreign currency transfers.
Important: You may only withdraw funds that are genuinely yours from betting activity. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in those funds being removed from the withdrawal.
When you place a bet on bpexchnet, it is a binding contract once confirmed. You cannot cancel a confirmed bet. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming — including the event, market, selection, stake amount, and odds. bpexchnet is not responsible for bets placed in error.
The minimum stake per bet on bpexchnet is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and user account tier. Maximum limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. bpexchnet reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and for any market.
When placing a lay bet on bpexchnet, the full potential liability (not just the stake) is deducted from your wallet and held in reserve. If the lay bet wins, the liability is released back to your wallet. If it loses, the liability is paid to the backer. Ensure you have sufficient balance to cover the full liability before submitting a lay bet.
In-play markets on bpexchnet may be suspended at any time during an event — typically after a wicket, goal, or other significant moment — while odds are recalculated. Bets submitted during a suspension will be rejected and returned to your wallet. bpexchnet does not guarantee continuous in-play market availability.
In the event of a technical error affecting the display of odds, bpexchnet reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly erroneous prices. The determination of what constitutes an erroneous price rests with bpexchnet and will be applied fairly and consistently.
bpexchnet settles all bets based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. For cricket, this means the result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), or the relevant domestic board. For football, the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular play (unless stated otherwise in the market rules). Settlement timing and source are specified in each market's rules within the bpexchnet betting interface.
A market may be voided by bpexchnet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before a result can be determined under the applicable rules; a technical error affected the market; the event is determined to have been corrupted by match-fixing or spot-fixing. In all void cases, stakes are returned to the relevant accounts at full face value with no deductions.
bpexchnet charges a commission of between 2% and 5% on net winnings on each settled market. The exact commission rate applicable to your account is displayed in your account settings. Commission is deducted automatically at settlement and is not refundable. Commission does not apply to losing bets.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly on bpexchnet, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the settlement date by contacting support@bpexchnet.ws with the bet reference number and the grounds for your dispute. bpexchnet will review disputes within 5 business days. The decision of bpexchnet on settlement disputes is final.
bpexchnet offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms associated with the individual promotion. Where there is a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus funds credited to your bpexchnet account carry a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount in turnover on qualifying markets. Qualifying markets and minimum odds for wagering purposes are specified in each promotion's terms.
Each user is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotion through a second account constitutes a breach of these Terms. bpexchnet reserves the right to remove bonus funds and winnings where abuse is detected.
Bonus funds expire after 30 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise. Expired bonus funds are removed from your bpexchnet wallet automatically and cannot be reinstated.
Where a withdrawal request is submitted while bonus funds are present in your account, bpexchnet will first return any real-money balance above the bonus amount. Remaining bonus funds must complete their wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bpexchnet and will result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and possible legal referral:
bpexchnet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at any time for any of the following reasons:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bpexchnet will notify the account holder via their registered mobile number or email address. Where suspension is confirmed as permanent due to a breach, funds legitimately belonging to the user (excluding bonus funds and winnings from prohibited activity) will be returned through the original deposit method following the conclusion of the investigation.
bpexchnet does not suspend or restrict accounts simply because a user is winning. The exchange model means bpexchnet has no financial incentive to restrict successful bettors. Suspensions are exclusively for the conduct-based reasons listed above.
bpexchnet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using bpexchnet, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bpexchnet may update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bpexchnet will notify registered users via their registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required urgently for regulatory, legal, or security reasons.
The most current version of the Terms is always available at bpexchnet.ws/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of bpexchnet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using bpexchnet and request account closure before the changes take effect. Any bets placed before the effective date will be settled under the Terms that were in force at the time of placement.
